Methods of Booking with KBA Tur – Bali
Guests are required to make a booking by simply sending us an email to contact@kbatur.com
with details of requirements. Our reservation will answer within 24 hours or an acknowledgement will received when services required need more time allocation.
Once reservation has been finalized, final confirmation with total services of your reservation will be sent accordingly
When all payments have been settled, we will send you an electronic voucher of services booked complete with details required
Methods of Payment with KBA Tur - Bali
We understand the cautious when doing financial transactions over the Internet. We understand those concerns and suggest that you should understand the following instruction before undertaking a transaction with KBA Tur-Bali
KBA Tur-Bali is a member in good standing of the Pacific Travel Association (PATA), The Indonesian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (ASITA). We manage more than 30 professional staffs based in our office in Denpasar-Bali with operating hours from 9am to 5pm with emergency contact numbers available.
We have several options of payment our service as follows :
Paying through Bank Transfers
Transfer the payment in U.S. dollars to our bank account. Complete transfer information form including SWIFT codes are listed on the formal invoice/proof of purchase which we will transmit once a purchase is concluded.
Please Note :
- KBA TUR does not accept any responsibilities for the payment of Bank charge or fees resulting from the transfer or funds from the agency to KBA TUR Bali. Any fees or charge are the agency responsibilities and can not be deducted from payment
- KBA TUR will receive the net amount as stated on the invoice
Paying by credit Card
KBA Tur – Bali accept most major credit cards. Please note that we are only allowed to transact charges in Indonesian Rupiahs because of regulations by the Government of Indonesia. This is done at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the actual transaction. The final amount in your country currency on your credit card statement may vary (positively or negatively) from the stated amount on our invoice depending on the exchange rates used by your credit card provider.
Please find attached a credit card authorization form asking for the details of your credit card and your personal billing information, stipulates the amount to be charged, and also carries your signature as your approval (this signature must be same with one shown on the passport).
We also need the photocopies of the identity page of your passport and both sides of the credit card you wish to be charged for the transaction.
We keep this information confidentially should any question arise as to customer authorization of charges.
We strongly recommend that this information be sent by facsimile through our secured fax facility rather than over the more open Internet system.
We appreciate this may represent something of an inconvenience but assure all steps have been put in place between the bank and our company precisely to protect and secure you from fraudulent use of your card.
